About

Passing Go is Biribá Union’s debut album. The band hopes to inspire intercultural acceptance through music by collaborating across their differences to unleash the plurality of identities that lies within each one of us.

This album is the result of years of musical conversations, learning from each other, and finding new parts of ourselves to express by exploring this unusual musical environment of three people and instruments from different backgrounds.

Our musical material was created collaboratively, resulting in a magical sound bigger than any one of us could possibly have imagined or created without each other.
